::Description of the programme
Programme of upgrading qualification with further European certification on the level Supervisory/Operational level – ElogSO (controlling/operational logistician) is worked out by ILTC by SU-HSE together with National Certification Board for Logistics. The programme is designed in accordance with requirements of European Logistic Association (ELA) and European certification Board for Logistics (ECBL) to the level of knowledge, skills and ElogSO competence of linear (linear-functional) company managers on logistics.
As fifteen year experience of certifying logisticians of European countries shows, conducted by ECBL, the majority of Western certified logistic managers possess EJ Log level (since 1st January 2005 renamed by European certification board for logistics into ElogSO) depending on sectors of economy from 60% to 90%. Managers, certified at EJ Log level, are mainly personnel of linear management of logistic departments of the company, specializing on functions of control and purchasing management, transportation, warehousing, material handling, inventory management, order management and customer service, customs registration of freights, information support of logistics, etc.
Offered programme is intended for preparing already working in logistics professionals for European certification on the level ElogSO with further passing of provided by ECBL testing procedure. Requirements to candidates on the level of certification ElogSO level are stated on the page “European certification” of web-page ILTC by SU-HSE. In case of successful passing all exams the candidate is given in international certificate ELA/ECBL of ElogSO level as well as certificate of SU-HSE international form of upgrading in area of logistics (in case of positive results of final testing after full course of study). Besides, education on all programme allows to prepare for passing exams on Senior level – ElogSE (senior logistician) or Strategic level – ElogST (logistician of strategic level). Presence of certificate of ElogSO level gives substantial advantages when testing on pointed out higher levels.
In accordance with ECBL requirements to testing company`s personnel on ElogSO level educational programme assumes presence of block of obligatory disciplines and optional modules (see figure of educational plan). Every listener should before start of education choose three modules (from offered 4 optional modules) in accordance with his/her professional interest. Chosen modules should obligatory be marked in questionnaire, which listener fills during the initial registration in ILTC.
Standard cost of certification procedure on ElogSO level (fee is 540 euro) is included in general cost of full preparation programme with further certification.

Agreement on passing certification on ECBL procedure of ElogSO level is established with National Logistic Association (NLA), in which is included National certification board for Logistics (NCBL) of Russia. This agreement is established simultaneously with educational agreement in ILTC by SU-HSE on programme of upgrading with certification on ElogSO level.
Payment for cost of education and certification on both agreements is made simultaneously before start of education.
