Reconstruction of industrial building for warehouse complex. Development of rational logistic decisions for company «I.T.I.» Working out logistic coordination procedures of cross-functional services, providing company’s’ business processes improvements.

Description of the company:
Group of companies«Wester» is one of largest enterprises of wholesale trade in Kaliningrad and Kaliningrad region and has the widest retail network in the region.

Goal of the project:
Reconstruction of industrial building to the warehouse complex.

Description of the company:
«Paris Commune» ” is contemporary industrial-trade complex, including facilities of nine branch shoe enterprises, located at Central federal region, Trade house “PC-Zarya” which has more than 500 wholesale customers, branch network consisting of 47 stores in 24 Russian cities, 14 brand stores in Moscow, Trade centers “Moscow goods” in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg.

Development of centralized procurement system. Logistics design of new central warehouse of the company.

Description of the company:
Company «Nord Wins Distribution» is one of the leading distributors of the best known and popular brands of import and domestic beer, mineral water, energetic drinks and juices on Russian market.

Goal of the project:
Development of warehouse concept «Nord Wins Distribution», intended for service of own company cargo flow as well as for providing logistic services to outside organizations.

Project «TDL Terminal»                                

 Description of the company:

 Regional logistics center «TDL Terminal» is a participant of Association of independent textile enterprises TDL. Association copvers more than 40 russian companies, which perform the whole cycle of production and trade operations with textile goods, and also provide the complex of related services.

 logistics center provides goods handling and storage services to companies-participants of Association «TDL», as well as to outside organizations.

 Goal of the project:

 Development of technological map of goods handling process, description of logistics business-processes at the warehouse.

Project «Baltika»                                       

Description of the company

Beverage company «Baltika» is the largest food producer in Russia, since 1996 – it has been the leader of Russian beer market. Brand "Baltika" took the second position in Europe for annual sales turnover.. The company has 11 plants in Russia and the wide assortment list. Total number of staff - about 12 thsnds.

Goal of the project:

Logistics design of warehouse «Áàëòèêà» in Samara-city, which was created based on widening of existent warehouse facilities.
