Logistic systems implementation for small businesses. How to become a specialist in logistic sphere? Which state programs support the idea of logistics knowledge escalation in business community? On a visit to Igor Fesunenko – Viktor Ivanovich Sergeev, doctor of science in economics, professor, the president of International Logistics Training Center of State University – Higher School of Economics (SU-HSE), the head of Supply Chain Management chair in SU-HSE, the president of National logistics association of Russia.

Logistics and Supply Chain Management are resources to increase a competitiveness of companies.

The widest set of training programs in logistics and supply chain management in Russia and other CIS countries: from qualification upgrade program to second higher education and MBA program in new specialty 080506 “Logistics and Supply Chain Management”.

Education is provided within elite Moscow University: ILTC is a organizational division of State University – Higher School of Economics, state diplomas and international certificates in logistics are given.

Teachers are lead professors of logistics and SCM in Russia and other countries of CIS, specialists of the largest companies, famous foreign scientists. The network of branches is presented in a number of regions in Russia, CIS countries and Baltic States.

International Logistics Training Center of State University – Higher School of Economics was founded 21^st of April, 2000. In relatively short time period ILTC became the lead center of training of high-qualified specialists in sphere of logistics and supply chain management in Russia and CIS countries. Current time center provides the widest set of training programs in logistics and supply chain management (total number of programs – 11): from qualification upgrade program to second higher education and MBA program in new specialty 080506 “Logistics and Supply Chain Management”. The majority of programs, including all long-term and elite training programs in logistics and SCM, are not proposed by any other Universities in Russia and CIS countries. From its launching till the mid of 2009, about 2600 representatives from more than 2000 Russian and foreign companies have been studied at ILTC. I suppose there no any large source company from Oils & Gas, metallurgy, automotive, retail or telecom industries, as well as logistic companies, staff from which were not studied in ILTC.
